so what can my 1000$ engine built which includes 150$ 2.3l Junk Yard block swap and Hilton tuning can do? let just say the Dyno man kept staring at my engine after the he saw these #'s ...it's all stock internally other than 200$ H rods and my 5$ china shims...have a nice day my Slovakian VOLVO friends !

1. i don't have race flywheel...it is an aic transmission.
2. 2.3 block has thicker cylinder walls..it is 81mm bore and 2.5l has 83mm bore ...you can boost more psi. without cracking the walls...see pictures below of the actuall steel sleeve thickness.
3. yes it is a daily driver.

Hej vydrží viac, ale za cenu ze do 3000 ten motor nejde. Preto som sa opýtal či je to auto na každodenne jazdenie. A ako sa mu podarilo spraviť tak nízky moment mi nejde do hlavy.

Ale určite palec hore.

not really, turbo was nothing special....but now it is ...i had to fix the boost creep first due to small waste-gate hole http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/topic/16 ... ng/?page=4 by fabricating an external waste-gate and I have also upgrade 11 blade turbine wheel to 9 blade high flow turbine wheel it has light weight 11 blade compressor wheel.
